ACC Under-19s Asia Cup – November 19, 2017:
In the final held at the Kinrara Academy Oval in Kuala Lumpur, Afghanistan Under-19s defeated Pakistan Under-19s by 185 runs. Afghanistan batted first, scoring 248/7 in their 50 overs, with Ikram Alikhil contributing an unbeaten 107 runs. Pakistan was bowled out for just 63 runs in 22.1 overs, with offspinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman taking 5 wickets for 13 runs.
ICC Under-19 World Cup – January 13, 2018:
In their opening match at the Cobham Oval in Whangarei, Afghanistan Under-19s chased down Pakistan's total of 188 runs, winning by 5 wickets. Darwish Rasooli played a pivotal role, remaining not out at 76 runs off 78 balls
